Mt. Tsurumi quietly overlooks the town of Beppu.
The Beppu Ropeway carries you to an elevation of 1,300 meters in just about ten minutes,
bringing you to a place of breathtaking views.
At this time of year, Miyama Kirishima azaleas begin to bloom across the mountaintop,
their vivid pink hues धीरे slowly spreading across the mountainside.
The best viewing season is typically from mid-May to early June.
Each blossom is unique in its form,
swaying gently in the early summer light.
As you pause and gaze out over Beppu Bay in the distance,
you may find that the flow of time begins to soften, almost unnoticed.
